With only 15 GM's in a 2 teams each league we will expect all gm's to be extremly active. we wont do activuty checks here, we will just be checking last login times, if your not here for 3 days your team will be given to the next person on the waiting list. We have decided to make it a 2 teams each league because we expect all 30 teams to be actively trying to improve.
